Welcome to Integrative Yoga offered by Eliza Fulton, a Registered Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of teacher training and over 40 years of practice. Eliza is continuing her studies with a 300 hour course in Shambhava Yoga. She has currently completed 60 hours of “vinyasa flow” training and 60 hours of “yoga for wellness” training. This form of hatha yoga has an inner focus and attention to the breath, meditation practices and follows Kashmir Shaivism principals. It provides practical tools for bringing spiritual practice into daily life. This heart-based practice has a focus on service to others. Yoga is a practice that brings us into ourselves and moves the prana (life force) in a way that prepares us for deepening our meditations and for maintaining our center as we live in our everyday world. Yoga integrates body, mind and spirit while building strength, providing balance and healing us from the inside out.
Any movement done “consciously” is yoga.
