Sunday Morning Yoga is for anyone who enjoys a slower-paced morning practice …. Come explore the joys of yoga through mudra, meditation, breath and simple postures (asana practice) that will restore your balance and enliven your spirit. Everyone is welcome to participate.  Taught by Eliza Fulton, RYT 500 Integrative Yoga.  This class is paid for at the drop-in rate or with a punch pass or monthly pass.

Sunday morning classes will be taught some days by Eliza and some days by Whitney…. Check the calendar to see who will be teaching which dates.
