Gentle Yoga – SilverSneakers Approved @ Providence Apothecary

In this Gentle Yoga class we will move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.  Finish with breathing exercises and a final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity.

Relax Yoga – Gentle Flow @ Providence Apothecary
May 22 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Gentle Flow Yoga is for anyone who enjoys a slower-paced practice …. Come explore the joys of yoga through mudra, meditation, breath and simple postures (asana practice) that will restore your balance and enliven your spirit. Everyone is welcome to participate.  Taught by Eliza Fulton, RYT 200 Integrative Yoga.  This class is paid for at the drop-in rate or with a punch pass or monthly pass.

Yoga Eucharist @ St. Barnabas Episcopal Church
May 28 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

This special Yoga & Eucharist Service is open everyone.  Come wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, if you have one (there are also some available).  The service is officiated by the Reverend Wendy Huber and Yoga is led by Eliza Fulton, RYT200.  No experience needed, come with an open heart.  Offered as a church service with donations for the church appreciated, but not required.
