This weekly T’ai Chi Chih practice is taught by Certified T’ai Chi Chih Instructor, Eliza Fulton.  Come learn or improve your knowledge of the 19 moves and one pose of this gentle meditative practice.  It activates, circulates and stores the Chi, your intrinsic energy.  Many health benefits can be realized by a regular practice.  This is a SilverSneakers Approved Class

This special Yoga & Eucharist Service is open everyone.  Come wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, if you have one (there are also some available).  The service is officiated by the Reverend Wendy Huber and Yoga is led by Eliza Fulton, RYT200.  No experience needed, come with an open heart.  Offered as a church service with donations for the church appreciated, but not required.
